Are you just a design company or can execute complete Fit out?

We carry out from Root to Fruit. We are packed with well experienced engineers and skilled labours to execute all kinds of Civil, MEP, Fire alarm & Fire Fighting, IT, Security System and all other client requirements.

What is the sequence of phases my design project will go through?

We conduct initial meeting with client and our design team to study and understand client requirements. Based on this we will then carryout a due diligence survey in site for both Architectural and MEP. Then is the crucial part where our Design team will be brainstorming for coming up with unique and trending designs incorporating client requirements.We submit this to client along with Mood boards and material specifications for reviewing. Once designs are finalized, then details are passed over to our estimation team and they prepare quote by making sure everything is inline with respect to design and approved materials specifications, also within client’s budget. As the hands are shaken, our next team- Projects get into action. First step, before commencing works at site we make sure we obtain all required authority approvals. Once we are through with approval stage, we assign a dedicated project engineer and skilled labors to achieve 100% success in execution. Our Project Managers will monitor each and every progress and make sure we strictly follow the time schedule. Once the project is being handover with proper documentations we have post construction team to carryout maintenance and after sales services.

How are purchases for the project handled?

Following the BOQ and client approvals, spec sheets will be submitted to client during initial stage for the approval. Based on this approval materials will be purchased.
